Last updated May 24, 2026. These terms outline the launch-stage process for custom AI-assisted 3D printed keepsakes from Extra Dimension Printing.
Each keepsake is custom quoted based on size, source-photo clarity, subject complexity, chosen print resolution, digital preparation needs, sculptural detail, proofing needs, production risk, and presentation. Pricing shown on the site is a starting preview, not a final quote.
The $75 CAD design deposit reserves the reconstruction queue and is applied toward the final quoted balance. Deposits are handled by Stripe-hosted checkout. If the studio cannot accept a project, the deposit can be refunded. Once digital reconstruction or custom design work has begun, the deposit may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must confirm they own or have permission to use the photos submitted for digital reconstruction and sculptural production.
The final work is an artistic sculptural interpretation based on the submitted photos, not a forensic, medical, or perfectly photorealistic replica. Results depend on image clarity, angle variety, subject detail, selected print resolution, and production constraints.
Customers receive a digital proof before physical production. Reasonable revision requests can be reviewed before approval. Production should begin only after approval or after agreed revisions are complete.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on proof approval, selected print resolution, print complexity, finishing, material availability, and shipping carrier timelines. Tracking details are provided when available.
Deposits and future balances are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. This site does not collect or store card details.
Memorial pieces and family keepsakes are handled with care and privacy. Submitted personal photos are not used in public marketing without permission.
